I was dragging ass this morning. The family kept me up until 1:30 AM. I hit the gym at 8:00 AM. This week was 5/5/5, and I am not satisfied with it, so it needs a repeat.

I had a week off due two days of out of town meetings followed by a bunch of snow, which means my workouts were using the snow blower. Today was 3/3/3 bench.

Continuing the deadlift work in the rack. Might try that method.

I was just looking for something to do. I thought by adding heavy, low rep, rack pulls, it might be a nice added feature to my higher rep work.

Sandbag Shoulder Carry: 500 steps x 200
Sandbag Bearhug Carry: 100 steps x 200
Sandbag Suitcase Carry: 100 steps x 200

The driveway had a lot of ice on it tonight, which added a little danger. I cut things short, since the wife wanted to go out for dinner.

Not a bad day. I probably had four reps at 310, but my wrist wrap came undone and came up wrong on #3.
