I took the week off because my wife and I are having our 25th Anniversary on Wednesday. We’re leaving town for a couple days then.
Carries today were not joke. I know everyone knows I am an arm guy, but they are exploding today. Also my grad school accounting classes did not pay off. I miscounted my steps, and walked double what I thought I did. At least, however, I know what I have in the tank.

I sucked it up and returned to the gym for the first time. It was not too bad. Masks are only required entering and leaving. I saw two of my friends who I have not seen for six months. There were only about five people there. In addition you are issued your own water bottle to wipe stuff down. I am not sure when I will return fulltime, but it was nice to be back.

We made it home after a few days out of town. Our trip also included driving to both kids’ colleges and taking them out to eat. I surprised I did not gain any weight, because we ate well.
