he guys i enjoy seeing how different pros train each muscle group and ran across some old clips of shawn ray training w/ kevin levrone on youtube.

Any links for some training videos, youtube or otherwise would be great. All links posted together on this topic would seem to be of great utility to all.

My personal favorite is “Flex Wrecks his Pecs”. You can find that on YouTube and I believe the person that uploaded it also has countless other old bodybuilding videos just like it.

The music in the beginning, the guitar riffing as they talk, the light shining on them (especially Chris) like they are gods, the fact that Chris can barely speak intelligently, all makes it kind of hilarious in a cool way.
