I shall work on the incline pressing. On the third set I switched to a neutral grip, and my right arm seemed to like that better.

Hahaha! Not sure you nice people are prepared for the language used in a 2 out of 3 biggest pet peeve violations rant.

Pics, or you didn’t buy them. Who cares about squat depth…I want the shoes!

5x10/45 spent the first 3 sets figuring out shoulder position. But the weight went up EZ.

10x10/50 felt light until the 8th set, got ugly then 9 and 10 went with no problem.

Just want you to know, that I spent the afternoon worrying about my squat depth. Thank you for putting that in my head. By the time I got home I had decided it was a good thing we are not close friends, because I would have posted a pic of my teeny, tiny quads in my brand new, 2 sizes too small yoga pants, and asked you," Does this look like I need to be worried about my squat depth, (adjective!)" Then laugh, and laugh. :joy: :joy:
