80 degrees and 100% humidity. Problem wasn’t lifting the bar, problem was holding on to the bar. Even tried the straps for the first time. Meh… Will try to pick up the 5x5 later. When this shit lets up. I think the bar itself was sweating…lol I know, I know, excuses, excuses.

I am gaining on all the others, but can’t get back to where I was on this. I am getting frustrated. I have got to figure out what I am doing wrong. Grrrr… I’m just not sure once a week is working for me. The answer is always the same…

Stopped at 50 on the incline bp because I haven’t been working on them, and the last 2reps were grinders. To be expected.

What is supposed to work the upper pecs, incline or decline BP ? I can’t remember.
