@lordstorm- ohhhhhh ok I thought you meant when the bar was on its way up to turn my wrists in toward my torso, but you mean more like when the bar has already passed my elbows to extend my wrists. I get it.

FS: 100x3, 125x2, 140x1, 152x1, 157x0, 145x2x2
Snatch is feeling pretty good, no misses up till 102. First ever attempt at 102, pulled it strong but wasn't man enough to go under it. Thought about taking another shot but I had kinda lost my mental edge so I decided to move on. Clean has been sucking something awful for like the last 5 sessions. I've started bashing the bar out to an absurd degree and can't hold heavy attempts anymore I think I may be cutting the pull shorttt.
Front squats were solid. Solid 152, PR is 155. The 145's are PR doubles.
