There’s only one answer to “is it okay to do…” questions:
Can you recover from it?
If yes, then sure. Do it. If you’re not sure, try it and evaluate. Feeling like shit after a week or two (lowered mood and desire to train, feeling beat up)? Lower the volume, eat more, or sleep more.
On gear like that totally fine. I’d do more on squat/leg day even, say hamstring curls and calves 5x20 etc
