Ok- So when does T REALLY peak?

At what age do testosterone levels reach their lifetime highest. I have always thought it was around the end of your growth spurt through high school, like at age 17. Plus most of my growth occurred between the age of 14 and 18 (although i am still gaining muscle). But what I am finding is that at age 19 I think about sex a lot more than I did two years ago. Im thinking that t levels might actually peak later than most people think they do, like in the early to mid twenties. Also, once they peak, how many years do they stay at this level? So anyone feel free to chime in if you know the answer, from experience or otherwise.

I’d like to think that my T level is always increasing.

I am 18 now and think about sex a lot…ARGH!!

According to one reference work (Goodman and Gilman) the peak is typically in the mid 20’s
with usually only a VERY slow decline after that. The idea that teens have unusually high levels is a myth.

Dude, I feel the exact same way! I know what u mean! I’m 19 also and my sex drive hasn’t been this high since puberty!
