Oil in Tuna

Is the oil that the tuna is packaged in quality oil or not? It says it contains soybean oil. Thank you

I get the skipjack brand. It contains olive oil which is a preferred source. Better than soybean for sure.

Just get the water packed, and use your own oil if you need it. Sorry, but IMO soya + male sex = combination to be AVOIDED at all costs!
