OHP vs Bench Press in 5/3/1 "A Beginner Suggestion"

I want to run 5/3/1 in this manner

Here Jim wrote that his trainees only use bench press and not OHP

I want to ask what is better on this program: do only bench press (6 workouts per month), do only OHP (seems like it can be an option too, I also like overhead pressing more than bench; same 6 workouts per month) or alternate them? I would like to do both lifts, but if I will alternate them their frequency will be low (3 bench press workouts and 3 OHP workouts per month). Of course I understand that we do pressing movements every workout with dips on squat/deadlift days.

If you want to do both, do the latter.
