I have tried to keep a log in the other section and they keep shutting down after a few weeks and I am unable to post on them. I don't know what that is all about, but since I am old anyway I probably need to be over here.

I am moving more and more toward CTs layering style of training. I workout at home and I do not have a power cage yet so that limits what I can do with layering on squats. I am incorporating it as much as I can otherwise.
Current approximate 1RM:
I am watching what I eat but not following a strict diet. I am getting 1g of protein per lb of body weight and 8g of creatine per day. Other than that I am simply not eating crap. No chips. No snack cakes. Limited "white" carbs ie; bread, potatoes, etc.
