Offseason Workouts

hey guys!

i’ve gotten a great response on RMP and lots of people have been asking me to post my workouts so i’ve decided to post every single one of my workouts with weights used etc in a new blogg i’ve started.

this is my first back workout since i did the british finals a couple weeks back so weights/reps are being kept quite conservative.

let me know what you guys think.
