Hey everybody

anybody know if theres any off season S&C camps in britain ?

i am searching this because i would like to go on a trip and really learn the language and get to lift alot of weights in my summer vacation…

i know im a little early but i would like some time to consider and to save up some cash.

Sadly there very few S&C camps in the UK, the place is only just now getting on board with the idea that an investment in S&C coach is worthwhile one. Working in the industry here is a nightmare now, especially when compared to the amount of services on offer in the US and australia
