hey what do ya guys think…offseason program…well some of it…excersises will very…olym lifts will alternate…help me out here

monday
power clean
squat
single leg squat
calves/bis

tues
bb bench
high pull
altern. one arm incline db
row
tri/shoulders

thurs
squat
dead
step up
lying hamstring
hypers

fri
bb incline
row
db flat
tri/ bi
shoulder

More info.this dont tell us much.

Sets, reps, load, progression planned. current level os strength etc.

There is NOTHING to indicate that you are periodizing. You’re basically just throwing a bunch of lifts together. Buy a book and learn how to periodize, or hire someone to do it for you.
