Official T-ransformation 2017 Thread

Late to the progress party. Waited for the same conditions to take my photos (fasted, the morning after my low calorie/keto day). Waist is 30.25, arms and shoulders holding size. Biggest changes I’ve noticed in the past two weeks are leg leanness–my midsection seems to be holding onto fat, but my butt and thighs are leaning out pretty quick. Can’t tell in these photos, but when I’ve got carbs in me I’m actually more vascular as well. Down to a low of 166.4 the other day from a high of 173 at the end of December. Cals are 2300 on training days w/ one refeed at 2550, then 1700+keto on non-training days. Forgive the god-awful posing. Front relaxed is actually relaxed, so psyched to see I can (sort of) see my abs that way
