I’d like to get in to the SCA steak cook off events. I planned on doing that this year but decided against it due to covid concerns. Living in TX, I definitely enjoy me some good 'cue also, but I don’t have the equipment or time to dedicate to a typical BBQ event.

Hello all, I am also rolling into this party fashionably late.
First time poster on T Nation forums as well, I have always stuck with reading articles on the site.
I started consistantly lifting about a year ago, and have enjoyed finally seeing some progress! I figure this challange would help keep me consistant.
Though, if I am being honest, lifting isn’t my issue. It’s my bottomless pit I call a stomach. My goals are pretty standard, lose fat, gain muscle and get stronger.
