I’ve just been putting synthol in my sack this entire time…

Well I did read a study that suggested synthol in the bollocks helps increase test levels

4 days into this, haven’t made any drastic changes to diet and I am starving. So all you guys who have done this before, what is your go to low carb, low calorie snack ?

Thanks to my shady garage protein purchases I drink about 2-6 scoops of protein powder a day.

Tea tree oil infused tooth picks. Sounds strange but it blunts my hunger, which is usually just a mental hunger and not physical hunger. I also use it as way to stop eating since
I have portion control issues.

The minty oil gives your brain a pause and then the way it coats your tongue makes you not want to eat, kind of like orange juice after brushing your teeth. Works for me at least.

I split my nutrition into seven meals so no real snacks for me.

Meal one 5/8 cup whites, 1whole egg, 2pieces turkey bacon, 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese, 3/4 cup oats, 1scoop whey

Meal two 5 lean meat, 3 rice cakes

Pre workout shake - one scoop whey, one scoop karbolyn

Post workout shake - one scoop whey

Meal 3 - 5 ounces lean meat, 4 ounces brown rice, veggies

Meal 4 - 6 ounces lean meat, six ounces potatoes, veggies

Meal 5 - 5 ounces lean meat, veggies, one scoop whey

Meal 6 - 5 ounces lean meat, veggies

Meal7 - whey, pb2, almond milk, sugar free cheese cake pudding mix, stevia, ice, fat free whipped topping. Blend to deliciousness. Guess this would be my favorite other than oats and eggs for breakfast

I think out of everyone here you have the most potential for an awesome transformation. Your carrying a lot of muscle mass and could shred pretty awesome I bet!
