Hey, if that’s the worst comment you get in RMP, I say good job!!

hey nice hair there Mr. Brady.

j/k nice job

Pair Bi’s and tri’s together on same day, then split Quads and Hams - your arms are in front of everything, and your legs behind.

This will sort that out.

much appreciated, i will start rethinking some of my workouts, and scheduling.

Plus tell me the sets and total volume for biceps, triceps and then legs.

I think you will see why your legs arent responding…

Shaping exercises (you mentioned you had the size but no quality) are front squats, leg press, lunges, leg ext, leg curls and SLDL/RDL, bulgarian squats, split squats, plyo lunges, sissy squats…

you would be correct in your thinking, i think its just becuase i am more comfortable working arms, and know ecaxtly how to work all parts of them, but legs, i just dont know what works exactly what. with arms i can pick out a certain lagging part, work on it for a month or two and see gains, with legs, im just clueless.

that right there is exactly what i needed and what i was looking for, hopefully after 6 months or so, we will see my legs a little more developed and defined. great recomendations, thank you.

No problem, western union will suffice… ;p
