I am relative novice competitive powerlifter, competing in the 165 lb. class. My next contest is not until May 2002, and I would like to add some solid mass over the next six months, before slowly dieting away the fat, so I can come in very lean at the top of my weight class. I’m currently around 170 at 15% bodyfat. Can anyone suggest an appropriate program that while maximize strength gains while promoting hypertrophy? Thanks!
