Off Season Football

hey, im just entering my off season and im curiouse to how many of you would approach this in terms of getting better, I was thinking of using the winter to gain some size and strength, then after use the plyos and intervals to get faster and leaner after winter, but im not quite sure, any suggestions as to how i should go at this, my diets pretty good as i eat around 2200 calories a day for a weight of 195.

anyways, any tips or help with setting this up would be great, and any suggestions on programs with strength and size or plyos would be great, i was thinking of a 5x5 routine. thanks to all who can help!
