Off Season Endomorph, Berardi Recommendation?

would i like to know how John Berardi recommends split carbs,protein and fat to an endomorph bodybuilder in off season?

how much protein per pound?

how should i split them in each meal?

Did you ever think of visiting his two sites, www.johnberardi.com and www.precisionnutrition.com. Don’t you think you’d get something out of his hundreds of articles on there and on THIS SITE, www.t-mag.com?

Anyway, he goes over specific macronutrient breakdowns for ectos, endos, and mesos in different sports in his book Precision Nutrition; he has a chart for it.

For endos, he recommends low starchy carb and keeping the starchy carb intake to post workout and if I recall correctly (too lazy to pull the book out now) only an intra-workout shake but no post-workout shake.
