Off Days for Easy-Hard Gainers


Coach Thibaudeau,

After reading your Easy-Hard Gainers articles, I think that it describes me quite well and I would like to try the workouts. What do you recommend an easy-hard gainer do on off days?

I have added carries to the main workouts and I usually do Tempo Intervals (a light recovery exercise described by Joel Jamieson) and PLP (by Chad Waterbury) on off days. I was also thinking of trying sledgehammer & tire, but I've never tried it so I don't know how taxing it is.
