Hey all. I am looking for something to do on off days from training. (My current goal is for hypertrophy)I have found in the past that I burn too much muscle running long distances, and that my body does not recover from sprints fully for the next training day. So I'm thinking circuit training with reduced weight and rest periods could be the answer. Does anyone have any suggestions for putting one together? And is this an opitmal idea for off day training with hypertrophy goals in mind? Thanks.
