Can anyone tell me what the % is of a 27RM please?
27 rep max...ummmmmm, why the fuck would anyone ever want to do 27 reps of anything?
I think it's around 50-55% based on some stuff I read in one of Waterbury's threads.
Maybe because there following one of CW's programmes.
A few different reasons, but apparently you already have your mind made up.
To the original poster: 27RM is about 50-55% of your 1RM, depending on your endurance level.
27 RM is not a very good indicator of anything. Anything over a 10 RM and you're not really going to be accurate.
I personaly think that anything over 8 reps starts to blur your %'s.
