Sitting here reading the board and making a Grow! shake. Oddly enough this tastes pretty good.
- 3 heaping scoops of Low-Carb Grow!
- 2 tablespoons organic peanut butter
- 1 good pour of this mornings leftover coffee (Starbucks Expresso)
- 1 banana
- 1 good pour of organic apple juice
- 5 ice cubes and a glass of water
