Last summer I got an infected punture wound in my upper right glute (not from juice). Anyway, not to my suprise I had a trainer at my gym give me a physical evalutation ie. flexibility ect. and he said my left calf is particularly tight. I haven’t really stretched it like I should but it doesn’t seem to be giving me any problems.
After a very long walk (longer then I’ve walked in awhile) my calves were pumped up to the point of excrutiating pain. After that the ridge of my right foot felt bruised and hurts like hell. 2 days later and it still does. I’ve iced it and tried to lay off it. Strange thing is it’s not swollen or bruised. Any ideas as I’m considering going to a doctor if this keeps up.
