Does any one think it is a good or bad idea to add uncooked oatmeal to a protien shake with a banana and half fat milk.
Kinda sounds like shit. Hot oatmeal with protein powder’s ok, though
Depends on your goals, but there was a thread a while back on oatmeal shakes. Lots of people use them. I have myself but I would cook it a little first and then put it in the freezer to get it cold fast. If your goal is weight gain then that’s not a bad recipe. But mixing fat and carbs together isn’t a great idea if you want to lean out. I’d use skim milk and get my fat from healthier sources too.
