1 cup(pure)Rolled Oats
200-300g Frozen Veg(Asian style)

Why not mix dog shit with oatmeal? It would be just as good and not smell or taste half as bad.

My favorite way to prepare oatmeal is old fashioned oats with a mashed banana and raisins. Great texture and flavor, good micronutrient content, and a balanced PRAL score. Just no protein… can’t have it all I guess. Maybe take it with a greens/whey shake and fish oils (note to self).
