I am looking for either a butcher or meat market in the Manhattan or Queens area where I can get quality meat in bulk at an affordable price. Anybody know of any place?
Not quite what you asked for, but on 14th btw 3rd and 4th is Trader Joes. They sell high quality frozen chicken/wild salmon/bison and beef patties/shrimp in bulk size bags at prices better than anything else you’ll find in NYC.
