I read an article a week back that said almonds were amazing for you.
I read an article a few days ago that all nuts are bad for you according to Paul Chek
Are they bad or are they good?
I personally eat 1/4 cup of almonds, pistachios, and sunflower seeds throughout the day everday and am not sure if I would like to stop due to what I believed was a good source of fiber, fats, and proteins.
Curious as to how you all feel about Paul Chek's feelings that nuts and grains are horrible for you.
Any opinions are greatly appreciated!
