Nutritional Value of Dried Fruit?

Does dried fruit have any nutritional value? I know raisins are pretty healthy, but what others?

read the labels? the only problem with dried fruits is they are nutritionally dense and some have a good bit of sugar if you are worried about that.

Dried fruits are great, although be sure to look for natural varieties.

Dried fruits contain a myriad of health promoting vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients and in some cases a healthy dose of fibre too. Just be sure to check the labels as they are very concentrated foods and can be quite carbohydrate dense.

Just make sure there are no added sugar as they sometimes sweeten them during the drying process.
If not, it seems like a perfect source of carbs for me.
