Nutritional Support to Drop Body Fat? (Female)

Hi guy,

Just looking for some support on the nutritional side of things. My aim is to drop a few percent body fat.

I’m 5ft 7 and 70kg and I’m finding it difficult to keep the nutrition on track.
Any support/advice on what to eat would be great .

Also, to keep your feminine curves (muscle), you’ll want to add some protein.

It would help if you outlined how you are training, what your macros are, what you eat, at what times…etc. Give some information.

If you find you are having a hard time complying with your diet, then you should focus less on the actual diet and more on developing good eating habits.

I’m guessing you’re a female, at least by this thread title, so I’d keep an eye on your hormones as well, and make sure the lady bits are in tip top shape.

I say this all the time, but it’s worth saying.
