Nutritional Breakdown Okay?

7 days ago I started a pretty basic dietary program with specific goals: 3000 calories from clean food, & at least 200 grams of protein a day.

Anyone who knows more about it then me see any glaring problems with the following numbers? For the last 7 days:

calories: 2,647, 2,860, 2,843, 3,284 3,068, 3,240, 3,200

fat: 85, 143, 148, 140, 98, 137, 143

carbs: 300, 319, 180, 242, 314, 224, 314

pro.: 241, 244, 236, 259, 218, 233, 211

My diet has consisted of oatmeal, walnuts, cashews, peanut butter, raisins, canned fruit, sweet potato, collard greens, Berardi chili, lean cuts of chicken and beef, beef jerky, protein powders, milk, yogurt and other good stuff.

How in the world can anyone analyze.
No stats. No goals.
Could be great. Could be shit.

Is that for bulking or cutting?

3000 calories is nothing if your bulking unless you are grossly underweight.

Thanx for the help so far, but I wasn’t really looking for help bulking, cutting, etc., just whether or not the breakdown of calories, fats, proteins, and carbs was generally reasonable or not, within the parameters I described.

Anybody who actually understands the question, I’d love to hear from you.
