How do any of you handle eating when not hungry? I want to get by B.F.% from 15 to the single digits so my abs will show for the first time in my life. (I am 38) I try to focus on the total fitness picture (more to it than benching and biceps), but I want the ab grid too! Any ideas?
Small, frequent meals throughout the day. If I get full during any of my meals, it makes it very hard to eat. Also, try switching betweeen solid and liquid meals. I usually eat 6-9 meals throughout the day with about half of them coming as liquid meals.
