Nutrition Plan Help

Ok, here’s the stats:

37 years old
180 lb. (ectomorph)
Beginning to show ‘love handles’ and ‘belly fat’

Assuming I work out at 8:00 at night, what would be an ideal daily nutrition regimen ? I know lots of protein and some kind of sugary snack immediately after a workout.

But what else? and when?

I’ve been where you are and wished I had taken steps then. I waited another 10 years and now at 50 I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been in.

Nutrition is the cornerstone to health and not something you can summarize in a forum post. Proper nutrition matters more and more the older you get. It’s time to learn what it’s all about.

Just FYI, all of us that are serious about nutrition eat six times a day or more and we know exactly how many grams of protein, fat, and carbohydrates we’re eating every day.
