Nutrition Information for Food Logs

Does anyone know a website that gives macronutrient and calorie numbers for common foods? I’ve been keeping a food log, but my numbers are often just educated guesses. Thanks.

www.foodtv.com - it has a huge database

calorieking.com is a great site for restaurant and fast food references

www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/cgi-bin/ nut_search.pl

There is actually a downloadable database called Food Composition, which has a vast majority of foodstuffs so one can analyze nutrient content. Perhaps I can post a link:
http://www.siestasoftware.com/food.htm

www.foodcount.com

Thanks everyone, I bookmarked a couple of those and am using them.

Does anyone know of a food log that can be downloaded into a PDA??

http://www.calorieking.com/ allows you to download their food libary and electronic library onto a Palm PDA.
