I'm starting Chad Waterbury's 10X3 fat loss plan... i eat "good" normaly... but any suggestions on what my diet should look like and involve?

Eat protein with every meal
Get your EFA's
Take a decent multi vitamin
get your fruits and veggies
As long as you know what your maintaining caloric intake is its just a matter of slowly reducing cals.
