I’m trying to get bigger and stronger for basketball over the summer.
At first I planned my nutrition for my training over the summer.
Originally I had planned my nutrition to that of a bodybuilder. Then I realized that bodybuilders and strength athletes are different.
Should i still eat like a bodybuilder during my strength training?
Like 2x protein in bodyweight and 3000 calories?
I am 14 years old, 125 pounds and 5 foot 5.
Help will be appreciated.
