Nutrition For Cutting Phase

Just started my cut for summer and was wondering how to keep progressing in fat loss each week. I have my template set up like this:

  • Week 1: 85% Maintaince
  • Week 2: 82.5% Maintaince
  • Week 3: 80% Maintaince
    And so forth… 2.5% drop in maintaince each week. How well do you think this would work?

Only drop calories if your fat loss stalls.

Weekly deficits > daily deficits
