My other post in begginers section outlined my program but I was wondering what my diet should be like for this sort of training? As for supplements I only use whey protein at the moment but Im thinking of taking creatine as well. How should I time my supplements with this kind of routine, and should it be the same on days off? Are there supplements that work better than others for 2- a- days? Thanks.
Well if your goal is to add muscle, I think you need to account for 2 PWO meals, and mostly carbs & protein throught the day, plus plenty of rest at night.
As far a supplements go, Creatine I would take 3g after each session and maybe consider some Spike or Power Drive to give you a bit of extra energy.
