Every time I get the flu or some other illness, I’m forced to take anywhere between 3-6 days off from working out. This also upsets my diet.
While its not a regular affair, even those 3-4 times a year feel frustrating.
Anyway, what do you guys do when you’re sick? Stick to your usual diet? Cut down on a few things? Drastically alter your diet?
I’m really not sure what to do. For example, I keep the protein shakes on but I wonder if thats just a waste with my sickness and all.
