Nutrition Counter

I’m looking for a book or site that gives the nutritional breakdown of foods. For example: 2 grams of protein per ounce of chicken breast; or 4 grams of carbs per red grape; or 4 grams of protein per medium egg white. This makes it easier to determine my daily intake of protein, carbs, etc.

Can any one help me with this?
