Starting the massive eating plan today, and I got a couple of questions.
1, cals macros:
The plan calls for 5000cals a day, I’m starting off at 3500 and adding 250cals of C every 2 weeks for the post w/o meal.
P 50% 300g -1200cal
C 25% 225g - 900cal
F 25% 150g -1350cal
does that look about right?
2, shopping list:
going shopping for food and some other stuff:
cups for measuring
Am I missing anything, got any comments?
