Nutrition Checklist

Starting the massive eating plan today, and I got a couple of questions.

1, cals macros:
The plan calls for 5000cals a day, I’m starting off at 3500 and adding 250cals of C every 2 weeks for the post w/o meal.

Overall cals:
5000cal

week 1-2
3500cal

P 50% 300g -1200cal
C 25% 225g - 900cal
F 25% 150g -1350cal

does that look about right?

2, shopping list:
going shopping for food and some other stuff:

random stuff:
kitchen scale
cups for measuring
blender

Protein:
Eggs
Tuna
Beef
Chicken Breasts
Turkey

Carbs:
Potatoes
Brown Rice
Kidney Beans
Rolled Oats
frozen veggies
fruits (dried/fresh)
sweet potatoes

Fat:
mixed nuts
olive oil
flax seeds

Am I missing anything, got any comments?

Good call, I got fish oil, ZMA, creatine, Grow! Whey, and a multi vit/mineral already sitting right here beside me.

I also still need to add cottage cheese, and yogurt for gut health to that list.
