Nutrition Books

With a break in school comming up I want to get in some personal reading of the nutrition sort. I’m a sports nutrition major so I’m not looking for anything revolutionary, just good, scientifically minded overview type nutrition books that delve a bit into the physiology side of it. I’ve considered Udo’s book, but its 11 years old now. Basically, I just want one book on fats and one book on charbohydrates. Anyone have any suggestions?

Well it’s not a book but John Berardi’s articles are great and some are very science based.

Yep, read everything JB’s put out, LL too for that matter. Already have “nutrient timming.” Good read, thanks. I’m looking specifically for fat and carb based books.
