Nutrition Advice for Gaining Weight?

I am going to start 5/3/1 on Monday and have figured out my TDEE is 2800-3000 calories a day, could anyone give me advice on how many calories etc. To eat in order to gain weight, I have started to count calories and I get around
360G carbs, 250G protein, 100G fat and 3300 calories a day.

Best way is to add a bit more to what you’re eating now. Doesn’t matter what a calculator says, you’re not a maths equation.


Have you read any of his books? If I remember correctly he has a sample diet in each one. I don’t have access to my copy of Beyond at the moment otherwise I could confirm. I suggest heading over to the 5/3/1 fourm on this board and checking around there.
