I’m in the process of training to do a one arm pullup and it’s killing the ligaments in my elbow to do it. I’m my own worst enemy with my not warming up properly and just trying to do isometric holds with one arm at home. Now I’ve a sharp pain in my left bicep. What supplements can I take to repair the damage or make my ligaments stronger?
I could rest, but have 10 weeks to do a OAP, which isn’t a lot of time. Anything that would prevent me damaging ligaments or straining muscles is appreciated.
