Number of Daily Meals on "Bro Diet"?

Hi Coach,
loved the “30 day bro diet” article.Nice and simple.
How many meals per day do you recommend, and some guidelines around timings please.

At least four. Four seems to be the minimal amount if you want to keep circulating amino acids in the bloodstream steady. If you want to split it into 5-6 and that feels better for you due to satiation then do that.

As for timing, again, that’s a bit of personal preference. The only thing I will add is to eat 60-90 minutes before training and then of course within an hour post training.
