I started NROL last week.
I hurt my back following HGM after 6 months, so I decided to switch workouts. I planned on bulking, however I prefer a cut look.
My clean eating consists of 3800 cals per day. I work out 3x per week(NROL beginner) so far. After bulking for 5 months, I’ve gained some fat(obviously) that I’d rather not have.
What can I do to implement this cutting strategy while improving strength with NROL?
