I’m a freshman in highschool. Because I swim year round it conflicts with my workout time so I’m going to do 3 total body workouts a week.
Here’s what I plan on doing:
Back, Front squats, RDL, deadlift, or DB lunges 4x6
Barbell or DB flat or incline press 4x6
Weighted dips 4x6
weighted chins or pull ups 4x6
barbell rows,hammer strength row, or hang cleans 4x6
How does this look?
