first off i am glad you are attmepting to learn as much as you can.
i don’t like your training unless you are doing one heavy day and one light day. even then the frequency may be too much for optimal growth. if you know from experience and your current strength that this is optimal then i would continue.

begin creatine monohydrate wk11-20plus, do not workout wk15. use phospadylserine @ 800mg ed wk14-19.(very expensive but worth it for keeping gains).
lower work frequency and volume by half
in pct. while keeping calories high.
